Greek food miniatures...

I have decided to add a flavour of greek cuisine into my miniature food items. After all it's my tradition, and I need to support it!
So I think for my first menu I will go for a greek salad and souvlaki!
Mousaka will follow...and who knows, maybe I can be a miniature greek food top chef!
