An italian dinner...

I have been working on Italian cuisine today. Ira has asked me to prepare a nice Italian dinner for her Toscana house, so after a little research on Tuscan recipes here it is:

 
For appetizers: green and black olives, and 2 different focaccia breads, one with herbs and one with olives...




Delicious spaghetti al dente with tomato sauce and basil...



and a crispy roasted pork with Italian herbs and vegetables...



As for the dessert...a mouthwatering panacota with forest fruits...

    Veo que la investigación de comidas de la Toscana ha dado un fruto en tus manos maravilloso. Esa casa de Ira tiene ya lista de espera para pasar alli unos dias, y además con este menú.
