Menu # 3

Today's menu will be:

beef stew with vegetables, sided with basmati rice...

and sweet rice pudding with a lot of cinnamon...

  1. Anthoula, the sweet rice pudding is my favorite dessert and of course with a lot of cinnamon. Is looks so real!!! In Spain is very typical. Is it also typical in Greece??

  2. Wauw, you have been so buisy, Anthoula! I can´t believe that one can make such small rice! Is the stew a stifado, I thought I could smell the herbs for a minute?

  3. Yes Meli, the rice pudding is traditional in Greece too!

    Susanne, unfortunately the stew is not stifado... But that's a good idea, I might do stifado as well with a lot of little onions... ;-))
